    The Upton-Sundance Patriots snapped their losing streak on Friday night in front of their Homecoming crowd at Croell Field, taking their first victory of the season with a 24-7 win over the Wheatland Bulldogs.     It was a rare Thursday night game for the Upton-Sundance Patriots last week as they traveled to Newcastle to meet the Dogies. The first half of play was a back and forth between the teams as both sides found their way down the field and onto the scoreboard.     The Sundance Bulldog cross country team opened its 2022 season competing in the Newcastle Invite on Thurs., Aug. 25. Four competed in the varsity/junior varsity boys 5000-meter race.
