The annual Sundance Beer Festival is no longer. The fall event that has attracted locals and visitors alike to sample craft beers on Main Street since 2014 has been dropped by the Sundance Chamber of Commerce. “The board voted to cancel Beer Festival from now on due to lack of leadership and interest from businesses that would benefit from the event,” comments Jamie Jessen, Chamber of Commerce. Richard Eugene Snider, 94, of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away on March 5, 2022. Richard was born on July 28, 1927, in Sheridan to John W. "Pete" Snider and Euvon (Moore) Snider. He lived at Clearmont, Wyoming, for the first 12 years of his life. Richard graduated from Sundance High School in 1946. He loved football and basketball.
