NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION

OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, by Bonnie Queen, pursuant to W.S. §§ 2-1-201 and 2-1-205 and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Last Will and Testament of Robert H. Queen, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real property in Crook County, Wyoming, in the name of Bonnie Queen and Bobbi Jo Queen, in equal shares:

NE¼NE¼ and SE¼NE¼ of Section 28, T53N, R62E of the Sixth Principal Meridian,

less the following tract:

A tract of land located in a portion of the NE1/4NE1/4 and the SE1/4NE1/4, of Section 28, T.53N., R.62W., of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a 2 ½” aluminum surv-cap stamped PE&LS 2395 marking the E1/16 corner between said Section 26 and Section 23 which bears N 89°32’32”W a distance of 1414.62 feet from a 2 ½” U.S.G.L.O. brass cap marking the NE corner of said Section 26, the basis of bearing for this description;

Thence S 89°32’32” E a distance of 680.00 feet along the northerly line of said NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 26 to a point of intersection marked with a “cap” stamped Q23;

Thence S 33°24’23” W a distance of 585.60 feet to a point of intersection marked with a “cap” stamped Q22;

Thence S 18°14’00” W a distance of 836.85 feet to a point of intersection marked with a “cap” stamped Q21;

Thence S 01°36’37”E a distance of 160.70 feet to a point of intersection marked with a “cap” stamped Q20;

Thence S 56°27’07” W a distance of 132.55 feet to a point of intersection on the westerly line of said SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 26 marked with a “cap” stamped Q19;

Thence N 00°23’06” E a distance of 1523.04 feet to the point of beginning;

The above described tract encompasses 10.62 acres more or less.

Each “cap” is a 1 ½” aluminum surv-cap mounted atop a No.5x24” rebar stamped PE&LS 2395 and as described.

BE ADVISED that if no objection to the Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below the court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming without further proceedings.

BE FURTHER ADVISED that if an objection to the Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property is filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court at PO Box 904, Sundance, WY 82729, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below, the court shall set the matter for a hearing, after which the court shall enter an order either denying or granting the application for a decree of summary distribution of property.
