    Neiman Enterprises announced last week that it will be reducing hours for employees at both of its sawmills in the Black Hills. The reduction will see a shift removed at the Hulett sawmill and reduced hours in Spearfish, SD.     James "Jim" Ridinger, 72, passed away January 16, 2022, in Stony Brook, New York. He grew up on the family ranch in near Alzada, Montana and graduated from Hulett High School in 1967. He is survived by his wife, Christie; son, Dan; daughter, Angela; and grandsons, Jack and Sam; siblings, George, John and Gail Ridinger, Kathy Bressie, Penny McPherson and Terry Huseby.     A Moorcroft man has been bound over to District Court on charges of child abuse. Dustin Regan allegedly used his hand and a fly swatter to hit two children during a domestic incident. On July 2, at around 12:36 a.m., a Crook County Sheriff’s Office deputy was dispatched to a Pine Haven residence for a reported domestic.
