Great showing for Bulldog golfers at Lusk

The Sundance Bulldogs had seven golfers place in the top ten at the Lusk Invitational this past weekend. On the boys' side, Spencer Lubken took sixth place with a score of 94 and brothers, Owen and Porter Watt tied for eighth place, both shooting a 97 for the course. Braydon Sanders, Haldon Harmon and Kole VanHorn also chipped in scores to help the Bulldogs boys finish in second place as a team.  

On the girls' side, Savanah Peterson took home a second-place finish while teammates Karen Ulmer, Avery Marchant and Kiley Sheubrooks also finished in the top ten.  As a team, the Lady Bulldogs took first place in the invitational with Madeline Fleenor, Shyla Shoun and Hannah Taylor also participating.

The fall golf season will come to a close this week as the Bulldog golfers head to Newcastle for the State competition on Fri., Sept. 15.
