Golfers continue to play well

Week two of the six-week fall golf season is in the books as the Sundance golf team stayed close to home, traveling to Devils Tower Golf Club and hosting an invite this past week.

The Lady Bulldogs all found a place within the top ten finishers at the Devils Tower Invite and teammates Kiley Sheubrooks and Savanah Peterson won the two-person best ball competition by two strokes, with a score of 86. The Bulldog boys had Porter and Owen Watt finishing in 4th and 7th place, respectively, on the course for the day. 

On Friday, the Bulldogs hosted the Sundance Invite where both teams fared well once again. The Sundance girls' team swung their way into first place, as a team, with a combined score of 323. Junior Savanah Peterson won the invite overall with a commanding score of 84. 

The Sundance boys team finished second at the invite. Spencer Lubken and Owen Watt led the charge for the Bulldogs, both finishing in the top ten. 

The Bulldogs are looking to drop a few strokes from their scores this week as they travel to Moorcroft and Upton to compete on Friday and Saturday.
