    Again this year, the annual Lighted Christmas Parade transformed the streets into a winter wonderland Friday evening. As the sun set and darkness descended, a procession of festively decorated floats adorned with thousands of twinkling lights took center stage.     Crook County Medical Services District (CCMSD) has been making strides in fixing the “bottlenecking” issue that was keeping the number of patients served in the Sundance Clinic each day at a lower level than the district would like.     Amid great fanfare, the first annual winner of the Crook County Courthouse's festive door decorating contest was announced on Friday.
