    The first stage of the process to update and revise the Land and Resource Management Plan for the Black Hills National Forest is complete and the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) is now seeking public comment. During the Legislative Budget Session earlier this year, numerous bills were passed with an effective date of July 1. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Kenneth Wattier and Dolores Elva Hanson Wattier; sister, Iris Elaine Wattier Timm; and grandson, Anthony Scott (Tony) Wattier.
