    Situations involving guns result in teen’s death, felony charge CHEYENNE (WNE) — Two apparently unrelated shooting incidents took place in Laramie County over the weekend, with one resulting in the death of a teenage girl.     SHERIDAN — Wyoming Senate Vice President Dave Kinskey was removed from his position as chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee last week. Kinskey, R-Sheridan, was chair of the committee for the previous two sessions and was slated to continue as chair until Senate President Ogden Driskill, R-Devils Tower, removed him from the role.     The weather cooperated and the golf team found their way onto the greens twice this past week, hosting the Sundance Invite on Friday and traveling to Upton to compete in the Newcastle Invite. Despite being the first meet of the spring season, the Bulldog golfers were top notch. Senior Sheridan Schubarth took top honors for the day shooting an 84 at her last Sundance tournament.     The Sundance track and field team had two more athletes qualify for the state meet this past week as they competed in Belle Fourche and Wright. At the Northern Hills Invite in Belle Fourche, Jake Schommer qualified in the high jump with a jump of 5-10. Schommer placed third in the event.
