COVID-19 Daily Update - December 23

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 150 since yesterday and now stand at 36,700. Probable cases have increased by 135 to 5964.

Crook County has had a total of 351 confirmed cases and 25 probables after 3 new cases were recorded today. Of those cases, 20 confirmed and 1 probable are currently active.

373 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming. Crook County has recorded 6 deaths.

A total of 34,750 confirmed and 5508 probable cases have recovered.

The county reporting the largest increase in confirmed cases on Tuesday was Sweetwater, with 38. Uinta County had 30 new cases; Campbell County had 23; Park County had 18; Goshen County had 13; Laramie County had nine; Carbon, Lincoln, Teton and Washakie counties each reported six new cases; Albany and Big Horn counties had five each; Converse, Crook, Sublette and Weston counties all reported three new cases; Johnson County had two; Platte County had one new case. Fremont, Hot Springs and Niobrara counties reported no new cases.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Wyoming on Wednesday also increased, by 155, from 1878 to 2033.
