SHS presents first musical in 25 years

Sundance High School will play host to its first full-scale musical in a quarter decade next weekend, says Teresa Preisner, music teacher. “Flapper” is a comedy tribute to the 1920s.

“I choose this musical because we are in the our own ‘roaring 20’s’,” says Preisner. “I have such great kids in choir and this is a humorous, ‘madcapped’ show that can really show them off. Years ago, I did this exact show with a high school in Minnesota and really enjoyed the final product. “
