A Gillette man faces a fourth charge of driving while under the influence after being found asleep at the wheel on the shoulder of the interstate on-ramp. A Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper responded on June 13 at 3:13 p.m. to a traffic report about a vehicle that was having trouble staying on the roadway. The Sixth Judicial District officially has a fourth judge. Governor Mark Gordon announced last week that he has appointed Mike McGrady to fill the newly created role for the district that covers Crook, Campbell and Weston counties.
