Invitation for Bid #24-0401

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails, will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 23, 2024, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Keyhole State Park – Seasonal Staff Dormitory project, located at Keyhole State Park, Moorcroft, Wyoming.

This project will consist of a new 2,418 s.f. seasonal staff dormitory to be placed at Keyhole State Park. The building is wood framed, single-story construction with a slab on grade foundation. Associated sitework is included.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting conference will be at 2:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 starting at Keyhole State Park, 55 Marina Drive, Moorcroft, WY, 82721. Bidders in attendance at the pre-bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed and must sign the sign-in sheet prior to the beginning of the pre-bid meeting.
