On March 19, 2024, there shall be an election held for one (1) Board Seat of the Vista West Improvement District by mail ballot for a four-year term. The term date will commence April 1, 2024, and run through March 2028. Qualified elector residing within the Vista West Improvement District filing an application for this position is: Jim Keller
