Number 000000002564 District 0152, assessed in the Name of Glenn Laurie A & Robert L., PO Box 232, Sundance, WY  82729, Legal Description of Property: T 51N R 63W SEC 14 SENE TRACT IN TOTAL ACRES: .500 1940 RANCH STYLE HOUSE 1537 SQFT W/ PARTIAL BASEMENT ENCLOSED PORCH 8 X 9 1970 UTILITY SHED 12 X 16 W/ LEAN TO 6 X 10.  Property address: 321 E OAK ST, SUNDANCE WY 82729. Said Application for Tax Deed shall be made No Earlier Than three (3) months 21st March 2024, and No Later Than five (5) months 21st May 2024 after the final publication of this Notice.
