Hulett author releases study on the Book of Luke

Debi Plekan embarked on a journey to deepen her relationship and knowledge of Jesus, seeking guidance through prayer. Her answer came in the form of a three-year exploration and intense personal study of the book of Luke, leading to the creation of "With Jesus: an Intimate, In-depth Study of the Book of Luke" published by Westbow Press, a division of Thomas Nelson and Zondervan.

This in-depth study and real-world teaching offers an invitation to forge a deeper intimacy with the Savior, sparking self-examination and enlightenment. The book unfolds as an inspiring, thought-provoking, verse-by-verse study of the book of Luke, catering to those in search of truth and exploring Christianity.

It also satisfies those craving biblical depth and serves as a teaching tool for discipleship, rekindling the hearts of readers.

Designed to be read alongside the Bible and utilized for personal or group study, this book is interwoven with relevant scripture, unpacking and examining the gospel of Luke. Readers can anticipate edifying revelations, practical life applications, and the essential tools for their journey toward discovery and growth, ultimately transforming into steadfast followers of Jesus Christ.

"People are hurting, searching and witnessing the decay of an increasingly chaotic world around them. The personal nature of this book, evident even in its title, extends a warm welcome to the reader. Consequently, it generates a profound and enlightening impact as readers gain an understanding of the path to salvation and develop a depth of intimacy with a Savior they may not have realized they needed," Plekan says.

"My hope is that readers, above all, realize the intense and unlimited love that the God of the universe has for them, regardless of their past actions or inactions. None of us are exempt."

Plekan serves as the co-founder of OutlawRidge Ministries, a grassroots ministry nestled in the picturesque wilderness of Wyoming's Black Hills. An ordained teacher of the gospel of Christ, she brings her seasoned expertise to the role of a Bible study teacher, biblical mentor, and pastoral leader within a non-denominational Christian church.

With a life centered on simplicity alongside her husband of over 40 years, she finds joy in engaging discussions about God, capturing inspirational moments through photography and caring for horses.
