Cards of Thanks

Our Thanks

The Sundance Pickleball Club is enjoying outdoor play time using the metal equipment storage box recently installed at the city courts. It was purchased through a grant from the Powder River Energy Foundation. The box now allows for maximum court use by area residents and members of the club. The club extends its gratitude to the foundation for their support. The club is playing their summer hours of 6-8 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday, also 7-9 a.m. on Tuesdays. The public is welcome to join, as there is usually one court open for beginners. Thank you Powder River Energy Foundation!

Our Thanks

Dear Crook County Medical Services,

We want to let you know how much we appreciated the care, kindness and concern that was shown to our family. The doctors and nurses provided the best care anyone could ask for in their last days. The kitchen staff was kind enough to bring meals, snacks and drinks anytime we needed something. It is awesome to have a small, hometown hospital that really cares.

Thanks again,

The family of Charles "Booie" Dirks

Our Thanks

The Old Stoney Committee would like to thank everyone who attended the 100th Birthday party on Saturday. Thank you to our donors, Sundance State Bank, Pinnacle Bank, Farm Bureau and the Crook County Heritage Association for making this party possible. Thank you to everyone who assisted in set up, tear down and clean-up.

A big thanks to Dennis Mauch, Matt Stefanich, Neal Gray and the PrairieSmoke Band for entertaining the crowds during this celebration. Also, thank you to the Class of '73 for choosing the birthday date for your reunion. Thank you, Sundance Farmer's Market and the City of Sundance, for the use of the Sundance Square.

It was a great celebration and we could not have done it without everyone's help and attendance!

Our Thanks

The family of Barbara "Dusty" Glick would like to thank the many friends and family who sent beautiful flowers, cards, food and comforting words during the difficult time of losing our beloved Mom and Gram.

Words can never express our gratitude to Dr. Waddell and the other providers, the RNs, EMS crew members and other caretakers that took such great care of our mom over the past several years. The heartfelt care she received while at CCMSD was far above any of the other medical facilities she visited throughout her years.

She always felt most comfortable in the care of CCMSD and we felt blessed knowing she was in your hands. It was a relief each time we brought her in and saw the familiar, favorite staff there to take care of her.

We thank Wyoming Assisted Living for making mom feel safe and loved during the time she was a resident. She truly felt at home while she was there.

We loved knowing she was being tended to and urged to do what made her happy. We appreciate the care and love she received while in your facility. She truly loved you all.

Thank you to everyone in this small, wonderful community for the amazing friendship and professional care given to our mom throughout her life.

Sincerely,
