7:00 p.m. Present were Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury, Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen, Member, Ralph Goodson, Member, Dustin Buckmiller. Member, Mary Yemington, was absent. The guests in attendance were Kelly Dennis and Joe Baron.
