City of Sundance

July 18, 2023

The Town Council met this day at 6:00 pm to hold a special meeting with the following agenda item: Properties Outside of City Limits Wanting City Water.

Roll call was taken by Mayor Paul Brooks with Council Members, Randy Stevenson, Callie Hilty, Brad Marchant, and Joe Wilson present.

COUNCIL MEMBER WILSON MOVED, COUNCIL MEMBER STEVENSON SECONDED a motion to allow City Attorney, Mark Hughes, Clerk Treasurer Theresa Curren, Public Works Director Mac Erickson and City Engineer Karla Greaser of Trihydro to work together to amend City Ordinance 3, 1986 and to write an application for water service outside city limits. All ayes, MOTION CARRIED.

There being no additional business before the council Mayor Brooks adjourned the special meeting at 6:32 p.m.
