NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 1st day of June, 2023, Sherrell Welcome, Applicant, filed in the above named Court an Application for Decree of Distribution for the purpose of distributing the oil, gas, and other minerals in and underlying that certain tract of land situate in Crook County, Wyoming, by summary procedure:
Township 49 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M.
Section 5: SW1/4SW1/4, except a tract of land more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE Corner of the SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 5, thence West 1105 feet to a point intersecting the Right-of-Way of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company; thence Southeasterly along the Right-of-Way of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company to the East line of the SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 5; thence North 829 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.98 acres, more or less.
Section 6: S1/2SE1/4, and that part of the NE1/4SE1/4 lying South and West of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad, excepting therefrom, a tract of land more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NW Corner of the NE1/4SE1/4 of said Section 6, thence South to the SW Corner of said NE1/4SE1/4, thence in an Easterly direction along the South boundary line of said NE1/4SE1/4, a distance of 400 feet, thence North to the South boundary line of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company Right-of-Way, thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Southerly boundary line of said Right-of-Way, to the point where the same intersects the North line of said NE1/4SE1/4, thence West along the North line of said NE1/4SE1/4 to the point of beginning, said excepted tract containing 10.04 acres, more or less.

Section 9: S1/2NE1/4, N1/2SE1/4, W1/2, excepting therefrom, a tract of land situate in the NE1/4SW1/4 and SE1/4NW1/4, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at a point which is South 35˚55ʹ East 2556.3 feet from the NW Corner of said Section 9, thence East 1140 feet, thence South 772 feet to the highway right-of-way, thence North 70˚35ʹ West 1208.8 feet along the said highway right-of-way, thence North 370 feet to the place of beginning, containing 15 acres, more or less.

Section 35: N1/2, N1/2SW1/4, NW1/4SE1/4, excepting therefrom, two tracts, one 36.8 acres, more or less, and one 65.5 acres, more or less, which have been conveyed to the State Highway Commission of the State of Wyoming.
Persons objecting to said application shall notify the District Court within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection by such date, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution.
