Notice of Intent to Apply for a Tax Deed
Pursuant to: (W.S. 1977, §39-13-108)
(i) John & Corrina Tieman are the owner and holder of Certificate of Purchase Number Certificate of Purchase Number 578, in Crook County, Wyoming, District #0151 and Account #000000001602, dated September 18, 2018 and was purchased on September 18, 2018.
(ii) The property was taxed to Wright Wilma, Attn Wright Kile Beverly 759 El Granda Blvd., Half Moon Bay, CA 94019.
(iii) A tract of land situated on Lot 4 and the S1/2 of Lot 3, Block 4, 5th Addition to the Town of Moorcroft, Crook County, Wyoming. Also described as: Moorcroft 5th Addn Blk 4 Lot 3 (S1/2 of & Lot 4). Also known as: 208 N. Powder River Ave., Moorcroft, Wyoming.
(iv) The property was last assessed 2022.
(v) The owners, mortgagee and any other interested parties are hereby notified the right to redeem the property will expire on July 20, 2023.
(vi) John & Corrina Tieman will apply for a tax deed on or after July 20, 2023.
(vii) There are no special assessments due on this property.
