CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anschutz Exploration Corporation to operate one-hundred (100) portable compressor engines to consist of any combination of 1,895 hp Caterpillar G3606, 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI, 1,380 hp Caterpillar 3516B, 1,380 hp Waukesha 5790GSI, 690 hp Caterpillar G3508B, 400 hp Caterpillar 3408TA, 400 hp Caterpillar CG137-8, 400 hp Waukesha F18, 380 hp Cummins KTA19GC, 203 hp Caterpillar G3306B, 203 hp Caterpillar G3306TA, 182 hp Caterpillar G3306NA and 132 hp Reliable 80L engines to be operated at various oil and gas well sites in Campbell, Converse, Crook, Johnson and Natrona Counties, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030940 and permit number P0035689 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Natrona County Library, Casper, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Natrona County Clerk’s Office, Casper, Wyoming.
