NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION ON BASIS OF HANDICAP

Crook County does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. A copy of the Crook County ADA Grievance Policy is on file and available for public inspection at the Crook County Clerk’s Office from 8:00 o’clock a.m. to 5:00 o’clock p.m. Monday through Friday. County and Prosecuting Attorney, Joseph M. Baron, has been designated to coordinate county efforts against discrimination on the basis of handicaps.
