NOTICE OF IDENTIFICATION OF COUNTY ROADS UNDER W. S. 24-3-201 THROUGH W. S. 24-3-206 TO VACATE THE UNUSED AND UNIDENTIFIED PORTIONS OF COUNTY ROADS
IN TOWNSHIP 50 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6th P.M.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The Board of County Commissioners intends to identify county roads in accordance with Resolution No. 2019-4 within Township 50 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. that are generally located east of Moorcroft, Wyoming and Southeast of Pine Haven, Wyoming in the Pine Ridge area under the identification procedure contained in W.
S. 24-3-201 through 24-3-206:
The only county roads within the S1/2 of Section 11, S1/2 of Section 12, Sections 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, and 36 Township 50 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., which shall exist after this identification procedure are described as follows and shown on the Map below:
PINE RIDGE ROAD No. 205 recorded at Instrument No. 555050 at Rod No. 24 Map No. 1308
SUNDANCE-WIND CREEK ROAD No. 93 recorded at Instrument No. 555050 at Rod No. 24 Map No. 1308 west of the Pine Ridge Road and recorded at Road No. 14 Map No. 947 and 951 (formerly recorded at Old Maps Page 135, and Pocket 11 Folder 11) east of the Pine Ridge Road
WAGNER ROAD No. 160 recorded at Instrument No. 674910 at Photo Book 635 at Page 663 and established at Resolution No. 2022-5 at Instrument No. 675481 at Photo Book 637 at Page 369
County Road Easement across Lot 64 and 65 of the Amended Pine Ridge Estates Subdivision to Crook County recorded at Instruments No. 423806 at Photo Book 205 at Page 389, and recorded at Instrument No. 424765 at Photo Book 207 at Page 411;
All other county roads or portions of county roads within the S1/2 of Section 11, S1/2 of Section 12, Sections 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, and 36 Township 50 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., the area identified in the map which are not described above shall be accordingly vacated upon adoption of this resolution for identification.
This process will have the effect of vacating the unused and unmaintained County Road No. 160 that crosses the following described properties:
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 32, 33, 43, 44, 45, 46, 74, 75 of the Amended Plat of the Pine Ridge Estates Subdivision plat recorded at Instrument No. 383428 at File 194 Map No. 154; and
Lots 12, 13, 14, 20, 21, 28 and 29 of the Cedar Ridge Subdivision plat recorded at Instrument No. 424767 at File No. 88 Map No. 140; and
Section 11 SESE; SWSE
Section 14 SESE; SWSE; SENE; SWNE; NESE; NWSE; NENE; NWNE
Section 23 Lot 1 (SWNE); Lot 2 (NESE); SESE; SWSE, NWNE; SENE; NWSE

EXCEPTING THEREFROM an easement to Crook County recorded at Instruments No. 423806 at Photo Book 205 at Page 389, and recorded at Instrument No. 424765 at Photo Book 207 at Page 411 and the county road located in Lot 64 and 65 of the Amended Pine Ridge Estates Subdivision;
All objections to or claims for damage by reason of this identification procedure shall be filed in writing with the Crook County Clerk before noon on December 30, 2022, or the county roads will be vacated as indicated without reference to the objections or claims on January 3, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. Any Claims for damages shall be heard at a later time in accordance with Wyoming Statute 24-3-205.
BE ADVISED THAT: "If the board identifies roads under this act, the roads designated as county roads in the identification action shall be the only county roads within the area identified and all other county roads within the area identified are accordingly altered or vacated. The board shall direct the county clerk to and the county clerk shall record the identification as an entry in the abstract of lands books as if it were a conveyance of rights from the county to the lands affected. Roads identified as county roads under this act, shall not be county roads unless the county has a valid title or recorded easement to the right-of-way." Wyoming Statute § 24-3-
