Probation revoked for Gillette man sentenced on drug charges

Gillette resident Milford Hiebert has been sentenced to up to five years in a state penal institution after his probation was revoked for failing to complete a court-ordered rehabilitation program.

Hiebert was serving three years of supervised probation for possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense.

According to the complaint, Hiebert violated the condition of his probation order that he enter and successfully complete the program at the Volunteers of America Adult Community Corrections Facility in Gillette, remaining there as a resident until he completes the program....
