You are hereby notified that on July 18, 2022, an Application for a Decree of Distribution of Personal Property was filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, Probate No. 5892. In the Application, Phoebe C. Winter, in her capacity as the distributee of the below-described property of the Estate of Robert Lumley Winter II, claims the real property owned by the Deceased located at:

TOWNSHIP 49 NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., CROOK COUNTY WYOMING; SECTION 23: E1/2NE1/4; EXCEPTING THEREFROM a tract of land conveyed to The State Highway Commission of Wyoming in Warranty deed recorded September 25, 1963, in Book 75 of Photos at page 407 EXCEPTING THEREFROM a tract of land conveyed to The State Highway Commission of Wyoming in Warranty Deed recorded September 25, 1963, in Book 75 at page 408

Any action to set aside the Application must be filed with the above Court within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
