The procession carrying Marine Cpl. Seth Rasmuson home passed through Crook County on Friday as residents stood by the interstate to pay their respects. Rasmuson, originally from Rapid City but raised in Buffalo, Wyoming, was killed June 8 during a training exercise in California when the military aircraft he was in crashed. He was laid to rest in St. Onge.
