NOTICE OF PARTITION SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to W.S. §1-32-112, a partition sale will be held and the following described real estate will be offered for sale and sold by the Sheriff of Crook County, Wyoming, to the highest bidder for cash at public vendue at the main lobby of the Crook County Courthouse, 309 E. Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming on the 18th day of July, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.

The real property to be sold is described as:

Township 53 North, Range 66 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming

Section 1: SE¼SW¼

The real property shall be sold for not less than $153,333.34. All persons wishing to bid shall be present in person and shall present a prequalification letter from a lending source on letterhead, dated within three (3) business days before the sale and stating the amount the bidder is approved to bid.

The successful bidder shall pay one-third (1/3) of the successful bid amount by certified funds to the Crook County Sheriff’s Office no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the sale. The remaining balance shall be payable to the Crook County Sheriff’s Office in certified funds within thirty (30) days of the date of sale. Individuals unable to present a prequalification letter or pay the required sums by the stated deadline will not be allowed to bid.

Those wishing to inspect the property may do so between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on July 14, 2022.
