TO the above named defendants John Does 1-10 and Jane Does 1-10: Delbert W. Harrison, Denny R. Harrison, Leslie E. Harrison, Frankie L. Smith, Derek F. Smith, Randy C. Kusma and Michael D. Kusma, have filed a complaint against you in the above-entitled action in the District Court of Crook County, Wyoming, Sixth Judicial District for the following:
1. To Quiet Title in the following described property:
Township 54 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming
Section 2: A tract of land lying in Lot 15 (SW¼SE¼), being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the south quarter corner of Section 2 and running thence N.85°17’E. along the section line a distance of 405 feet; thence N.50°2’W. a distance of 637 feet to the west boundary line of Lot 15 (SW¼SE¼), Section 2, a distance of 521 feet to the point of beginning. (hereinafter “Property”)
2. That title to the Subject Property be quieted as against all Defendants and that Defendants be adjudged to have no right, title or interest in the Subject Property.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that if you fail to answer or otherwise defend the action within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice, a judgment by default may be entered against you.
