Man charged for throwing urine at detention officer

A man who allegedly threw urine at a detention deputy while incarcerated at the Crook County Detention Center faces a felony charge of aggravated assault.

On April 16, the detention deputy reports that his first interaction of the day with inmate Mark Noles was at around 10:30 a.m. At that time, the deputy asked Noles to allow him to take his fingerprints, which he at first declined.

Two hours later, the deputy reports that he began the fingerprint process and Noles was mostly compliant, but continued to complain about having to be booked in. As the process was almost complete, Noles allege...
