NOTICE OF SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT REVIEW HEARING

Be advised that Heritage Properties, LLC, PO Box 812, Moorcroft, WY 82721 is hereby giving notice of a major subdivision final plat review hearing before the Crook County Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission. The proposed Lofty Ridge Estates subdivision lies in the S1/2 of Section 30, T50N, R67W, 6th P.M. Crook County, Wyoming.

This public review hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Commissioner’s Room, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
