North Dakota man given deferred sentence for possession

A North Dakota man faces possession charges after he was pulled over for speeding on the highway in January and marijuana products were found in his vehicle.
According to court reports, a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper noticed a black vehicle traveling above the speed limit near mile marker 20 of Highway 585. The trooper reports he performed a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Paul Uskevicz, and his female passenger.
