Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission August 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Terry Wilkerson made a motion adopt the agenda as written; Dustin Buckmiller seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury asked if there were any additions or corrections to the July meeting minutes. Mary Yemington made a motion to approve the minutes as written from the regular meeting held July 12, 2021; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

New Business

Public Hearing - Salvation Subdivision (Minor Subdivision)

Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury opened the public hearing for the Salvation Subdivision application at 7:02 p.m. and asked Ed Mosher to provide a narrative of his subdivision application. Ed Mosher provided the commission information concerning his application and the review comments received from the County Attorney. Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury then asked if there were comments from any of the visitors in attendance. They responded that they did not have any real concerns with the subdivision application. Additional discussion was held concerning additional information that needs to be submitted for review and some additional plat revisions. Terry Wilkerson made a motion to table this issue until the additional information has been received from Mr. Mosher; Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:23 p.m.
