NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED
On September 13, 2017, Betty Haiar purchased the following real property for 2016 delinquent taxes: T56N R61W Sec28 Some E1/2 Lot 9 with an address of USHwy 212. The property was taxed in the name of Retta M Cornell & Bonita R Hayworth, present owner.
Mortgagee is none. No special assessments. The time for redemption will expire September 13, 2021.
Take notice that Betty Haiar will apply for tax deed on or after September 13, 2021.
This notice is sent pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 39-13-107 and 39-13-108.
