Winter festival cancelled

The Sundance Winter Festival for 2021 has been cancelled due to a lack of snow. The mild weather this area has experienced so far this winter season is unfortunately not helpful when it comes to building ski joring and bar stool courses.

Anticipating that there may not be enough snow on the ground still by the time the February 13 festival rolled around, organizers Steele Roping and the Sundance Downtown Business Association opted to make a final decision on February 1.
