COVID-19 Daily Update - January 2

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 153 since yesterday and now stand at 38,163. Probable cases have increased by 11 to 6410.

Crook County has had a total of 358 confirmed cases and 30 probables. Of those cases, 2 confirmed and 1 probable are currently active.

438 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming. Crook County has recorded 7 deaths.

A total of 36,914 confirmed and 6123 probable cases have recovered.

The highest number of new laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases was 27 in Sweetwater County; Uinta County had 18; Laramie and Park counties each reported 14 new cases; Sheridan County had 10; Campbell and Natrona counties each had nine; Albany, Converse, Fremont and Lincoln counties had eight; Teton County had seven; Sublette County had three; Big Horn, Carbon and Johnson counties had two; and Hot Springs, Platte, Washakie and Weston counties all reported one new case.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Wyoming on Saturday was 1098, a decrease of 303 over Thursday's 1401.
