COVID-19 Daily Update - November 24

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 415 since yesterday and now stand at 25,975. Probable cases have increased by 113 to 3984.

Crook County has had a total of 270 confirmed cases and 21 probables after 7 new confirmed cases were announced today. Of those cases, 72 confirmed and 4 probable are currently active.

202 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming. Crook County has recorded 4 deaths in total.

A total of 15,486 confirmed and 2410 probable cases have recovered.

Both Campbell and Natrona County reported an increase of 50 cases on Tuesday; Sheridan County had 37; Uinta and Laramie counties had 35; Albany County had 31 new cases; Sublette County had 26; Goshen County had 25; Fremont County had 20; Park County saw 19 new cases; Sweetwater County had 16; Big Horn County had 12; Lincoln County had 11; Teton County had nine; Carbon County had eight; Crook and Johnson counties each reported seven new cases; Weston County had five; Converse and Hot Springs counties had four each; Platte County had three; and Washakie County reported just one.

Only Niobrara County reported no increase in coronavirus cases on Monday.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Wyoming on Monday was 11,861, an increase of 68 cases over yesterday's 11,793.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, five of six are marked as "concerning": the percentage of all tests with a positive result over the last two weeks, new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, total hospital bed availability and total ICU bed availability.

The sixth metric is marked as "stable" (amber level): percentage of cases attributed to community spread.
