Sundance High School’s musically talented students will once again honor veterans with a concert program on Thursday evening. The program begins at 7 p.m. on November 12.
According to music teacher Teresa Preisner, patriotic selections will include “America the Beautiful” and, in recognition of servicemen and women, “An Armed Forces Salute” (performed by both band and choir).
“Student speakers will speak on ‘what is a veteran,’ ‘what is Veterans Day’ and Red Skeleton’s recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance,” she says.
The concert will be held in the SHS auditorium. Masks must be worn by attendees.
