Members Present: Chairman, Cody Galloway, Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett, Terry Wilkerson, Morgan Ellsbury

Chairman, Cody Galloway called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission September 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Cody Galloway asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett made a motion to adopt the agenda as written; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Cody Galloway asked if there were any additions or corrections to the August meeting minutes. Terry Wilkerson made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held August 10, 2020; Morgan Ellsbury, all ayes, motion carried.


New Business

Continued Public Hearing – Voss Valley, One Split Subdivision

Chairman, Cody Galloway opened the continued public hearing for the Voss Valley Subdivision at 7:05 p.m. Discussion was held concerning some existing easements noted in the Attorney’s Title Opinion. Roger Connett made a motion to move the subdivision application on to the Board of County Commissioners with the recommendation for approval; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Chairman, Cody Galloway closed the continued public hearing for the Voss Valley Subdivision application at 7:08 p.m.

Adjourned

Terry Wilkerson made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Roger Connett seconded, all ayes, motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Jury Room, Sundance, Wyoming.
