PRECorp Foundation announces Ritthaler scholarship

In memory of Shayna Ritthaler, a special scholarship fund has been established through the Powder River Energy Foundation. With the consent of Shayna’s family members, Reuben and Shelly Ritthaler, the scholarship will help pre-school students in Crook and Weston counties who are in need of tuition assistance.
