Cards of Thanks

Our Thanks

We appreciate how everyone has thought of us and helped so much with all of their offers of help, telephone calls, cards, food, memorial donations and just being there for us.

The Isburg Funeral home was so helpful to work with. Pastor Jim Palus did a great job with his part in the service. Kevin Evans with the music, the Buttons and Bows for the delicious lunch following the service, those who served as pallbearers and those who attended Dean’s memorial.

Thankful for the honor guard Legion #80 attending and giving Dean a military send-off. What a wonderful surprise and Dean would have been so proud with the two Marines who attended to honor Dean’s service in the Marines was awesome.

We will always be grateful to all of you.

Sincerely from the Dean Bush family

Our Thanks

As some of you know, our schools were unable to host prom this year because of Covid-19. After a few meetings and a lot of brainstorming, the Sundance Post Prom Committee took a different role this year and became the Prom Committee!

We assisted the SHS Junior Class in making their prom vision become reality. All the stars aligned, and the kids ended up with a beautiful, outdoor Hollywood themed prom. Prizes were given to the attendees during the dance instead of at post prom like they normally would have been.

We would like to thank the City of Sundance for allowing us to use the park as well as the nearby citizens for putting up with our noise and traffic, Rocking Cowboy Cookshack for the delicious food and great service from Deanna and Dorothy, DJ Jake and assistant from Complete Weddings for getting the kids out on the dance floor and George Dunlap for his photography services.

Thanks to Amy Wilde, Mr. O’Connor and Joni Ellsbury at SHS for all of your assistance, and to those at Central Office for letting us use your space for storage and setup! Thanks to Rocky at the Crook County Art Gallery and Museum for loaning us a couple hard to find items.

Our grand march would not have been complete without the adorable Prom Crown Bearers, Molly Miller and Griffin Gill and the great Prom MC, Thad Stoddard. Thank you for showing up and helping us out, you did a wonderful job!

Without the numerous donations of time, money, prizes and talent this event would not have happened. We would like to thank the following people and businesses for their monetary or prize donations:

Sincerely,
