Scholastic Book Fair next week

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held at the Sundance Elementary Library Dec. 9-12 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Dec. 13 from 7:30 a.m. to noon.

The fair has great Christmas gifts and some of the hottest titles! If you can’t make it to the school or want something that isn’t available, simply shop online by going to crook1.com and choosing Sundance Elementary.

Click on the book fair picture to access the online catalog. Your orders will be delivered to the school with no shipping costs once the book fair has ended.

Our goal is to excite students about books. The fall fair is titled, “Arctic Adventure Book Fair.” In conjunction with this theme, students are encouraged to dress up. Here is the dress-up schedule:

• Mon., Dec. 9 – Polar Express Day (pajamas)

• Tues., Dec. 10 – Light It Up Day (blue, white, lights and sparkles)

• Wed., Dec. 11 – Flannel Day (plaid and flannel to school)

• Thurs., Dec. 12 – Christmas Vacation Day (holiday beach attire)

These dress-up days will run in conjunction with the SES Twelve Days of Christmas
