Hulett man guilty on felony possession charges

Robert Huckins of Hulett has been found guilty by a jury and received a suspended sentence and fine on felony possession charges following an incident in which a police officer responded to a domestic dispute and discovered marijuana hidden in a bag of clothes and toys.

Hulett Police Department was dispatched to a residence on January 31, 2018, to investigate a domestic disturbance. On arrival, the officer made contact with Jennifer Baugh, who allegedly admitted of her own accord to “knowingly and intentionally smoking marijuana” with Huckins at the kitchen table while her children were...
