Familiar faces and one new; Judge Matthew Castano swore in Crook County’s elected officials for 2019 in the courtroom on Monday morning. While most of those who will take charge of the county’s operations are retaining their seats, Fred Devish begins a four-year tenure as County Commissioner this week.
