Jan. 14 – French dip with au jus, tri-colored potatoes, broccoli-craisin salad, peaches.

Jan. 15 – Turkey filet with peas and onions, brown rice pilaf, baked stewed tomatoes, fluffy fruit cup, oatmeal spice cake, pineapple-orange juice.

Jan. 16 – Potato leek soup, barbecue pork sandwich, harvest blend vegetables, apricots, molasses cookie.

Jan. 17 – BIG DINNER: Porcupine meatballs, au gratin potatoes, green beans, mixed relish tray with ranch dressing, yeast roll, apple cobbler.

Jan. 18 – Baked breaded fish, baked squash, spring blend vegetables, spinach bread, fruit parfait.
