7:00 p.m. Present were Chairman Morgan Ellsbury, Vice-Chairman Randy Leinen, Member Ralph Goodson, Member Dustin Buckmiller, and Member Mary Yemington by phone. The guests were Kevin Rehbein, Jeanne Whalen, and Pat Goodson.
