Barrasso meets with local soldier on Thanksgiving

U.S. Senator John Barrasso traveled to the Middle East to celebrate Thanksgiving with Wyoming National Guard troops serving in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Barrasso met with members of the Wyoming National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery Forward. He shared a Thanksgiving meal with the service members in both countries, toured the bases, held a town hall with the troops, and was briefed by military officials on operations in the Middle East.
