The Wyoming Department of Transportation district four Wyoming Transportation Department Employees Association (WTDEA) recently awarded scholarships to two outstanding students including one from Crook County.

Parker Speidel is the son of Rusty and Amanda Speidel. Parker recently graduated from Sundance High School and plans on attending Northwest College in Powell to pursue his dream of becoming a pilot.
