Bentonite Performance Minerals, LLC of Colony, WY has filed a regular mining permit amendment application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of bentonite in Crook County, Wyoming. The amendment area is located at the junction of Wyoming State Highway 112 and Crook County Road 200. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or the Sheridan Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
