Deferred sentence for man arrested during Hulett Rodeo traffic stops

A Casper man has been given a deferred judgement and probation after being arrested for possession with intent to deliver during routine traffic control for the Hulett Rodeo parade.

At around 10 a.m. on June 11, 2022, a Crook County Sheriff’s Office deputy was conducting traffic control for the parade on the Belle Fourche River bridge at around milepost 15 of Hwy 24.
